Eklavya Model Residential School sanction by the Ministry of Tribal Affair, Government of India, under Article 275 (1) as per the gazette notification no-14020/11/2002-SG&c dt.- 19.02.2004. The vidyalaya was ongoing from Nov 2009. The Vidyalaya is administration under the direction of Department of Tribal Development, Government of UTTAR Pradesh.


The organization of vidyalaya is being observed after by a registered society named EKLAVYA VIDYALAYA SANGATHAN SAMITI, (Uttar Pradesh Anusuchit janjati arthik evam shaikshik Vikas samiti) headed by Principal Secretary, Department of Social Welfare, Government of UP.


Vidyalaya is meant for the brilliant students predominantly from the rural/tribal areas of UP. The Vidyalaya is proposed to provide quality modern education to the students all over.
